Berry Lemonade Shake

Combine a scoop of berry protein powder and 8oz of lemonade and shake until mixed. Optional: add a handful of ice.

Chocolate Protein Bites

1 cup of pitted dates, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1tbsp of 100% cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/3 cup of maple syrup, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup of chocolate protein powder. Combine all ingredients and roll into bite size balls and refridgerate for 30 minutes.

Almond Coconut Bars

1 serving vanilla protein, 3/4C rolled oats, 1/2C shredded coconut, 1/2C almond butter, 1TBSP coconut oil, and 2TBSP maple syrup. Spread onto a pan and top with coconut flakes. Refridgerate for 1 hour and serve.
